SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur due to incomplete payment, incorrect shipping information, or high seasonal demand. We will contact you via email at support@domisana.com if further information is required to process your order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING INFORMATION You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address corrections after shipping incur additional fees and delays.
Shipping Time for Domestic Deliveries (United States): Once processed, your order may take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Asia: Orders to major Asian countries such as Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong are usually delivered within 6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Shipping Time for International Deliveries: For international orders, we ship from our overseas warehouses. Delivery time depends on the destination and typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Final delivery will be handled by your local postal service.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, Domisana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers assume full risk after successful delivery confirmation.
Customs and Duties Our prices do not include customs taxes, duties, or import fees. Customers are responsible for ALL such charges upon delivery. Orders delayed or returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded. For more information, contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Government restrictions or postal strikes
- Incorrect/incomplete customer address information
- Customer unavailability for delivery
Worldwide Shipping Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to military base addresses, PO Boxes, or freight forwarding services at this time. Some remote locations may incur additional shipping fees.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages will incur return shipping costs and restocking fees. Refunds will be processed minus all shipping costs and applicable fees.
Order Cancellation & Changes Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of purchase. Changes, such as address updates, sizes, or variants, can be requested within 24 hours as long as the order has not been shipped. After this period, the order will proceed to processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
SHIPPING INSURANCE Shipping Protection Insurance is available at checkout and highly recommended. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit only - coverage ends when marked "delivered." Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider within specified timeframes.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@domisana.com with photos. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be honored.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, additional delivery fees apply. After multiple failed attempts, packages may be returned to sender at customer expense.
Additional Notes
- Ensure the provided shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays and additional fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues
- Shipping fees and Shipping Protection Insurance are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Domisana does not offer expedited shipping at this time
- Rural or remote addresses may require additional delivery time and fees
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Domisana's liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the purchase price of goods. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from shipping delays or delivery issues.
