RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

Standard Items:

  • Unused items in original condition with tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items that are clean and free from odors

Acceptable Return Reasons:

  • Changed your mind about the purchase
  • Item doesn't fit as expected
  • Item doesn't match your needs or expectations
  • Received damaged or defective item
  • Received incorrect item
  • Any other reason within 30 days

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically to your specifications
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Products that are handmade or custom-manufactured to your specifications are generally non-returnable. However, we will accept returns of custom items if:

  • Item arrives damaged during shipping
  • We sent the incorrect item
  • There is a manufacturing defect that affects functionality

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Email support@domisana.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Return Authorization: Wait for return authorization (RA) number before shipping
  4. Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible
  5. Ship Back: Send to the address provided with your RA number using a trackable shipping method

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by our error
  • Recommendation: Use trackable shipping with insurance for your protection

PROCESSING & REFUNDS

Inspection Process: All returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price minus original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
  • No restocking fees for standard returns within policy guidelines

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes (subject to availability)
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by our error

Exchange process: Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Keep all original packaging
  4. We will provide a prepaid return label
  5. Full refund or replacement will be provided

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Handmade Products: Please note that handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, or appearance. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted products, not defects.

Size and Fit: All product dimensions and specifications are listed in product descriptions. Please review carefully before purchasing.
