RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNABLE ITEMS
Standard Items:
- Unused items in original condition with tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Items that are clean and free from odors
Acceptable Return Reasons:
- Changed your mind about the purchase
- Item doesn't fit as expected
- Item doesn't match your needs or expectations
- Received damaged or defective item
- Received incorrect item
- Any other reason within 30 days
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products made specifically to your specifications
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Products that are handmade or custom-manufactured to your specifications are generally non-returnable. However, we will accept returns of custom items if:
- Item arrives damaged during shipping
- We sent the incorrect item
- There is a manufacturing defect that affects functionality
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact Us: Email support@domisana.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide Information: Include your order number and reason for return
- Return Authorization: Wait for return authorization (RA) number before shipping
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible
- Ship Back: Send to the address provided with your RA number using a trackable shipping method
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by our error
- Recommendation: Use trackable shipping with insurance for your protection
PROCESSING & REFUNDS
Inspection Process: All returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price minus original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- No restocking fees for standard returns within policy guidelines
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes (subject to availability)
- Defective items
- Incorrect items sent by our error
Exchange process: Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided

Handmade Products: Please note that handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, or appearance. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted products, not defects.
Size and Fit: All product dimensions and specifications are listed in product descriptions. Please review carefully before purchasing.
