RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed all product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, materials, and care instructions, and confirm that the item(s) meet your requirements.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Our return policy allows 14 days from delivery date for returns ONLY under the following LIMITED circumstances:

ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS:

Product received damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
Incorrect item sent (different from what was ordered)
Significant manufacturing defect that affects functionality (not minor cosmetic variations)
Material safety issues (health hazards only)

NON-ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS:

"Changed my mind" or "don't like it anymore"
"Doesn't match my decor/style as expected"
"Found cheaper elsewhere"
Size concerns when dimensions were clearly listed
Color variations from screen display (monitors vary - we provide detailed descriptions)
Texture/feel expectations when materials are specified
"Thought it would be different" when product matches description and images


CUSTOM & HANDMADE PRODUCTS - NO RETURNS

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Many of our products are:

  • Handmade to order upon purchase
  • Custom manufactured based on your selection
  • Made-to-demand items with unique characteristics

These items are FINAL SALE and NOT ELIGIBLE for returns under any circumstances, except for:

  1. Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
  2. Damage during shipping (with photo proof within 48 hours)
  3. Incorrect item sent by our error

Handmade products may have: slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or appearance. These are characteristics of handcrafted items, NOT defects, and do not qualify for returns.


STRICT RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for return under acceptable circumstances:

  1. Item must be completely unused, unworn, and unaltered
  2. Original packaging and all tags attached
  3. No odors (smoke, pets, perfume, cooking, etc.)
  4. No hair, lint, or debris on item
  5. Receipt or proof of purchase required
  6. Return authorization (RA) number obtained BEFORE shipping
  7. Detailed photos of issue (for damage/defect claims)

Pre-approval is MANDATORY. Items shipped without authorization will be refused and returned to sender at customer expense.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, you confirm:

  • You have measured spaces/furniture for fit (where applicable)
  • You have read ALL product specifications and descriptions
  • You understand material characteristics and care requirements
  • You accept that handmade items have natural variations
  • You have considered the product carefully and made an informed decision
  • Photos may show products in different lighting/settings than your home

SIZE, FIT & COMPATIBILITY

All dimensions, measurements, and specifications are clearly listed in product descriptions.

  • Furniture covers: You are responsible for measuring your furniture
  • Blankets/Throws: Dimensions are provided - measure your needs first
  • Home decor: Room compatibility is your responsibility to assess

Returns will NOT be accepted for size/fit issues when measurements were provided.


RETURN PROCESS (For Eligible Returns Only)

  1. Contact us within 48-72 hours of discovering issue at support@domisana.com
  2. Provide order number, photos, and detailed explanation
  3. Wait for return authorization (RA) number - DO NOT ship without this
  4. Follow exact return instructions provided via email
  5. Package securely in original packaging when possible
  6. Ship to specified address only (varies by region)
  7. Use trackable shipping method (customer responsibility)

Returns without RA numbers will be rejected and returned to sender at customer expense.


CUSTOMER PAYS ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees (both ways for non-defective items)
  • Insurance and tracking (highly recommended)
  • Package security and delivery to our facility
  • Risk of loss during return transit

We strongly recommend signature required delivery and full insurance coverage.


RESTOCKING & PROCESSING FEES

  • 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (minimum $15)
  • Additional fees for items returned without authorization
  • Cleaning/refurbishment fees for items not in original condition
  • No refund for original shipping charges (except our shipping errors)

EXCHANGES - LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Exchanges are LIMITED to:

  • Manufacturing defects only
  • Our shipping errors only
  • Size exchanges for select items (subject to availability and approval)

No exchanges for: Change of mind, color preference, style choice, or compatibility issues.

Exchange process: Return original item first, then place new order for desired item.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are FINAL SALE:

  • Custom/personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Handmade products (except defects/shipping damage)
  • Personal care/hygiene items
  • Items used with pets
  • Sale/clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items with removed tags

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations accepted within 30 minutes of purchase only
  • Modifications accepted within 24 hours (if not shipped)
  • No cancellations once item enters production/shipping
  • Address changes possible only if not yet shipped

DAMAGES & ISSUES

For legitimate damage/defect claims:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of damage/issue
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Do not attempt repairs or alterations

We will resolve legitimate issues promptly and fairly.


SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional cases, we may offer:

  • Store credit (at our discretion)
  • Partial refunds for minor issues
  • Repair services when possible
  • Future purchase discounts

These solutions are offered as customer service gestures, not obligations.


RETURN INSPECTION PROCESS

All returns undergo thorough inspection:

  • Condition verification
  • Authenticity confirmation
  • Damage assessment
  • Odor/cleanliness check
  • Completeness verification (all components/tags)

Items failing inspection will be returned to customer at customer expense.


REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days after inspection completion:

  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Less applicable restocking fees
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 days

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes:

  • Voids all return/refund rights
  • Results in account suspension
  • May incur collection fees
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims

FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

We actively monitor for:

  • Excessive return patterns
  • Fraudulent damage claims
  • Wardrobing/rental behavior
  • Chargeback abuse

Accounts flagged for abuse will be permanently banned.
