We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be returned within the stated return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or product), please contact us first to confirm availability and receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
